Magni 265
Chassis Structural and Suspension Component Coating

Magni 265 is a chrome-free duplex coating engineered for use on vehicle stampings and other structural components. Combining an inorganic zinc-rich base coat with a high-performance organic topcoat, Magni 265 delivers exceptional corrosion protection on the interior and exterior of these structural components.
Since it is applied after fabrication, Magni 265 provides excellent corrosion protection at the weld and heat-affect area. Unlike conventional e-coat, Magni 265 will provide extended field protection, often allowing for use of thinner-gauge steel and lighter-weight components.
- Applied via dip-drain or spray application methods
- Often eliminates the need for anti-chip coatings
